Hosta One Man's Treasure
One Man's Treasure (Benedict, Solberg 1999) (H. longipes hypoglauca seedling) - Medium, (14" X 24") Truly, a red-petioled hosta that you can see the red color without standing on your head. A medium-sized clump of shiny, dark green pointed leaves with petioles that are red on both sides up into the leaf blade. Nice purple flowers in August with red scapes and seed pods. Fast becoming the standard for purple petioles!
