Hosta ‘Frozen Margarita’

‘Frozen Margarita’ (Solberg 2003) (‘Fried Bananas’ sport) - Large, (18” X 40”) The variable white margin on these very shiny gold leaves make them appear slightly greenish to the eye. The lack of any glaucous white wax in the spring distinguishes it from ‘Fragrant Bouquet’, a distant relative. Light lavender, very fragrant flowers open in August. Cool and refreshing right into fall.
