Hosta Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Strawberry Banana Smoothie (Solberg 2008) (‘Whiskey Sour’ X sibling) - Medium, (12” X 26”) I have been hybridizing hostas that are very bright, translucent yellow with bright red, not purple, petioles. This is one of my best to date. It makes a medium clump of “screaming yellow” foliage that holds that color well in morning sun and produces pretty lavender flowers in July and August. A great container hosta that shows off its bright red petioles well. A healthy solution to your hosta cravings.
